Hwy 10 towards Balcarres I had a signal of s5 at Platinum Rd where I turned around back to the valley. I believe that would be approx halfway between Balcarres and the Fort.
Hwy 10 towards Regina I had signal at s0 at the start of "billboard alley" just before coming down into the valley.
That provides overlap in the coverage area of the VE5REC repeater.
Hwy 22 North towards Lipton I had a signal approx. s4-5 at the Fort Qu'Appelle-Touchwood Hills Trail heritage site, POTA park CA-6344.
Around Echo Lake, north side was a good signal all the way to the end of the lake. Echo Lake Provincial Park seemed to be a dead zone. South side of lake was reliable about halfway between the end of the lake and B-Say-Tah right into town. |
