The 146.88 MHz repeater is one of the oldest repeaters in Pittsburgh. It is located at WQED TV-13. The antenna is located 250 feet up their tower and is 1400 feet above sea level. The radio equipment is a Motorola Micor with a power output of 120 watts into the duplexer. The controller is S-Com's 7K. The repeater uses standard carrier operated squelch but does transmit an 88.5 Hz tone. |
