MN's only p25 repeater. Great coverage in the cities. Full quieting from many locations in the metro area using a handheld. Only downside is lack of activity on P25 - Have been monitoring on and off for the past 6 months and have yet to hear single QSO.

Great P25 repeater I have used it on a couple QSO's now however it would be nice to see more activity. Works great from the north Metro area and even Western Wisconsin.

http://www.wc0hc.org/repeater-operating-protocol.html - The repeater should be KEPT CLEAR of general amateur radio conversation traffic AT ALL TIMES in order for the channel to be open and available for calling/ hailing/ distress and emergency reporting.

Per HCEMS, this repeater is closed to non-emergency traffic. Calling and hailing is allowed, and users must move off the repeater for their QSO. www.wc0hc.org
