5/30/2023 While was just outside DC, I tried to access this repeater. It did respond to me. I tried Echotest (9998) and Parrot (9990) to test. Nothing. Apparently it's not apparently connected to a network; it's not listed on the DelMarVa DMR (Interstate) network that I can see. I listened on analog to see if I can catch a CW ID. Heard several brief data bursts, but no ID. Is this W3AGB/R? I had both time slots activated on my radio but heard nothing. In short, there is a repeater at this date. I believe this is a stand alone repeater. Use repeater ID as talk group or BM TG9? If I remember, I'll bring this question up on Mid-Atlantic DMR Net. If I post another if/when I am apprised as to the status. 73.

On 6/15/23 I exchanged e-mails with KA3LAO. He said "Hi Steve, The person who owned that repeater, Bob, W4YP, has been a silent key for several years. I do not believe it is connected to any network. The site where the repeater is located is a restricted site, so no one I know of has been able to get to it to turn it off. I guess technically it is on the air, but it shouldn't be. So there it sits until it breaks. The CW ID not working is strange. I don't have an answer to that."
