Site was down for a couple of weeks. On its return, D-Star does respond to commands - but with high error rate. Wires-X does not seem to respond (not sure if it is officially up and running). Very nice to have a digital mode so close.

From Google Maps / Street View and Apple Maps - I believe the repeater resides on the Robert Wesleyan College Athletic Center - my estimate for it’s LAT/LON is 43° 7' 35.0652'' N. 77° 47' 52.494'' W. (for anyone putting in coordinates for their D-Star rigs.. )
