Streams and Rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM EST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rainfall between 1.5 and 2.5 inches had fallen the last couple of days. The gauge at Bluestone near Spanishburg briefly crested near moderate flood stage, but has since started to fall back to minor flood stage. Minor flood stage is expected to continue through this evening. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Brush Creek, Bluestone River, Beaver Branch and Blacklick Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
