The driveway for Bower Apartments becomes inundated with several feet of water, and is likely impassable. Water also spreads to portions of Ficklen Drive and Deck Street, and inundates portions of ECU College Hill parking lot. At 8.5 feet, Travel around the ECU campus becomes increasingly difficult with several main roads closed. Charles Boulevard is impassable near the stream, as well as the end of Ficklen Drive. Water may also cover portions of Evans Road and 14th street. Some structures along 10th Street are threatened.
