What happened to SCHEART being listed as a linked system in SC?   If it is due to needing their cooperation, I understand.

Shouldn't we be able to contact our state RB manager directly?  I'm not seeing an email link.  I tried Admin Contact which I believe is the whole site, but got a form error.  It wanted me to prove I ain't a robot - if it could hear me cuss, that should do it. :)

Are all SCHEART repeaters linked together?

Almost all are linked at some times. Most of the VHF (2m) ones are linked together all weekend. The UHF (70cm) ones aren't linked all weekend but link together with VHF for Sunday night statewide net and Thursday morning hospital net. For emergencies like hurricanes, VHF and UHF may be either all linked or just linked to their own type. Dillon is generally only linked now during emergencies because it already has wide coverage. There is also DTMF point to point linking available at other times. Check scheart.us for current status.
