Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell across this region during the past couple of days. Flooding is ongoing along the Meadow River near Hines and is expected to continue into the afternoon hours. At 1000 AM EST, the Meadows River at Hines had reached 15.39 feeet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is continuing to rise and will crest in the vicinity of 15.5 ft.
