Widespread rainfall totals between 3 and 6 inches occurred, with a narrow swath from east-central Oklahoma just west of Fort Smith up to near Fayetteville picking up between 6 and 9 inches. Runoff from this heavy rainfall has caused drainage ditches to fill, with standing water over roads.
